Items not found on site: If you don't see an item you want please call or e-mail us. There is a good chance we will have it available for you or we may be able to get it for you.

Return Policy: Returns/refunds accepted on merchandise within 30 days that is unworn and re-sellable. Packaging must also be undamaged. Any freight charges for exchanges will be paid at your expense. Food items are no returnable.

Please call 1-888-786-3587 for a return authorization for all returns. Customers are allowed a one-time exchange on shoes within 30 days of purchase that are worn (but not worn-out). There will be a $9 service charge for shipping/processing. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns unless the shipment is incorrect.

Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 (Large/oversize items subject to surcharges) shipping to the US. Orders under $50 pay a 5.00 shipping fee. Orders usually ship within one business day or you will be notified of any backorders. Exchanges are subject to $5.00 shipping fee for orders under $50 or $9.00 for orders over $50.00 to cover 2nd shipping charge. All shoes are shipped UPS with tracking information in the US or via USPS for PO Boxes/APO without tracking info. Other orders may be shipped UPS or USPS depending on location.

International shipping: We require paypal for all international shipping. We only ship via US Post Office internationally. Add $20.00 Canada and $30 for other countries. US Post Office does NOT offer tracking information on international orders only proof of shipping. We guarantee shipping and tracking but cannot guarantee delivery on your end or delivery times which vary depending on customs and country. Customer is responsible for all duties/taxes.

Rush shipping: Orders placed by 2pm EST will be shipped same day if they are in stock via 2 (business) day air UPS (in Continental US). Holidays/weekends not counted in shipping times. add $15.00. Next business day delivery add $40.00 for orders up to 6 lbs or $200. Call for rates on larger size items.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (US shipping only), checks, paypal and google payment methods. All funds must be in US dollars. Items will not shipped till after payment has cleared paypal which depends on your account with paypal and payment method.
